Hey Everyone.
Well we have enjoyed out stay in Athens. We did all the site-seeing stuff yesterday and then met a really nice couple from australia and went out for dinner and drinks with them last night.
The only thing that I am disapointed with is there is no humus here! At home humus is on every greek menu, but i guess that is just a north american add-on. We've eaten lamb everynight and it is delicious!
We are off to the Turkish Embassy today while we are waiting for our ferry that leaves tonight at midnight heading for Corfu. It is about a 8 hour ride, so we will be arriving in the morning.
We are REALLY looking forward to this next week of just relaxing! All of this backpacking has tired us out, so we are looking forward to this vacation at the end of our trip hehe.

Got your picture from Amsterdam, you are both soooo cute! Kirk, also got your second package, postcard and message from Athens. Sounds like the next two weeks will be exciting, just be extra, extra careful.

Yes, I'd be TIRED if I'd covered as much ground as you two have, with those backpacks. I wonder if you'll be burning the clothes in them when you get back??

Amazingly small world! I know....I'm a blog update late! Sure feel sorry for you being so tired and all! Looked up the place you are staying at in Corfu......looks terrible.....NOT!!!! Enoy your last 2 weeks...life gets back to reality soon!!!

You know I have to admit, I could get tired already when we followed all your travelling over the last 10 weeks, you must be sooo tired by now. So we hope and wish you two a relaxing enjoyable last 2 weeks in that exotic place Corfu. We checked it out on the internet too.
